American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an Interventional Radiology position requiring at least 1 year of IR experience and Epic EMR proficiency.

Day shift schedule, 5x8 hours (7:30–16:00)
-
Weekday call required every other week from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM
-
One weekend required every 12 weeks, subject to change based on unit needs
-
Floating to other Prisma Health units and/or campuses may be required based on census needs; staff will only float to units for which they are qualified
-
Patient population includes diagnoses such as diabetes, cancer, PVD, carotid stenosis, hemorrhage, aneurysm, and ESRD
-
Procedures include moderate sedation, prep and recovery for IR, neuroendovascular, and diagnostic cases, PACU recovery, CT, MRI, and ultrasound
-
Medication system: Pyxis

EMR: Epic (required)

Active RN license — SC or compact state license required

Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS

Minimum 1 year of recent Interventional Radiology nursing experience required

Minimum 1 year of Epic EMR experience required

A copy of Driver's License and Social Security Number required for consideration

Two professional references required for consideration

Responsibilities include patient prep and recovery for IR, neuroendovascular, and diagnostic procedures, as well as PACU-level recovery and moderate sedation monitoring

Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the Prisma Health Greenville flagship campus to be eligible for this position
