Job TitleCar Sales Consultant / Automotive Sales Specialist
We are seeking highly motivated sales professionals who are passionate about cars, customer service, and building long-term client relationships. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to maximize their earning potential in the automotive industry while working with luxury and performance vehicles.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in finding the right vehicle based on their needs and budget
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships before and after the sale
- Respond to phone calls, internet inquiries, and social media leads promptly and professionally
- Conduct vehicle walkarounds, demonstrations, and test drives
- Follow up with leads using dealership CRM systems
- Maintain knowledge of current inventory, financing options, and market trends
- Create a positive and professional customer experience from start to finish
- Work closely with management to achieve monthly sales goals
- Utilize social media platforms to generate leads and build personal brand presence
- Maintain showroom and lot presentation standards
Requirements / Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Strong customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license required
- Weekend availability preferred
- Basic computer and technology skills required

Preferred Experience
- Previous automotive sales experience preferred but not required
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus
- Experience in luxury, performance, or enthusiast vehicle sales is highly valued
- Social media marketing or content creation experience is a plus
