Member Duties : Join the NC Hunger Corps and Fight Food Insecurity in North Carolina! As a NC Hunger Corps Member, you'll be part of a service cohort supporting food security programs on and around college campuses. You may: 1. Strengthen food pantries, community gardens & recovery programs 2. Recruit, train, or improve volunteer engagement 3. Develop policies & systems to improve program effectiveness 4. Collaborate with students & community leadership in service projects 5. Seek funding through grant-writing & fundraising 6. Lead outreach, communications & awareness events 7. Track program data to measure success. This is a chance to make a real impact, develop leadership skills, and gain hands-on experience in community service and nonprofit work.
