About the Role:

- Conducting nutrition assessments and developing personalized dietary plans for residents
- Providing nutrition education and counseling to residents and their families
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of resident care and nutrition plans
- Staying up-to-date with the latest research and evidence-based practices in nutrition and dietetics
Responsibilities:
- Conduct nutrition care planning and implementation
- Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents and families
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to achieve optimal resident outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely records and documentation
