As a key member of our operations support team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and efficiency of customer account processes. This position is responsible for reviewing new account documentation, verifying account maintenance and closures, and performing quality control checks to uphold regulatory and internal standards. This role also includes receiving, validating and updating customer and/or account records, ensuring all requests are complete, properly authorized, and processed in accordance with established procedures. You’ll collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies, support audit preparation, and maintain accurate records through diligent documentation and indexing.

Execution, Verification and Accuracy:
- Reviewing new accounts and new customer documentation for accuracy, completeness, and
compliance with regulations and internal policies
- Executing and verifying account maintenance and closure requests
- Performing quality control checks on maintenance changes, ensuring accuracy and
completeness.
Compliance and Regulatory Adherence:
- Ensuring adherence to all relevant regulations and internal policies
- Reviewing and verifying documentation for compliance
Problem Solving and Issue Resolution:
- Identifying and escalating discrepancies or errors
- Work with other departments to resolve issues related to new accounts or maintenance
- Recommending and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and
accuracy
Documentation and Record Keeping:
- Indexing account documents into the document storage system
- Maintaining accurate records of account and customer details
Audit Support:
- Assisting with the preparation and organization of documents for internal and external
audits
- Providing support during audit reviews
Other duties as assigned.
Must comply with applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank
Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control.
High school diploma (or equivalent) required
- An associate or bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field will put you ahead, but equivalent work experience in financial services, documentation review, or compliance will also be considered
- Familiarity with banking systems and documentation – Experience with core banking platforms, document indexing, and audit preparation is a plus
- Regulatory awareness – Understanding of banking regulations and internal policy compliance

Perform primarily sedentary work with limited physical exertion and occasional lifting of up to 0 lbs. Must be capable of climbing / descending stairs in emergency situation. Must be able to operate routine office equipment including telephone, copier, facsimile, and calculator. Must be able to routinely perform work on computer for an average of 6-8 hours per day, when necessary. Must be able to work extended hours whenever required or requested by management. Must be capable of regular, reliable and timely attendance.
