Position: Guest Care Team Member
Position Summary:
Mission Springs is a Christian Camp and Conference Center affiliated with the Evangelical Covenant Church.
This Guest Care Team Member's main responsibility is hosting weekend Guest Groups, providing great customer service, ensuring their needs are met, and cleaning and setting up meeting rooms.
Status: Part-time; hourly

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00
Reports to: Director of Guest Groups

- Good interpersonal skills and a team player.
- Willingness to serve in any capacity needed.
General Responsibilities:
- Setting up and cleaning meeting rooms prior to guest arrival
- Friendly customer service while hosting guest groups
- Interdepartmental coordination as needed
- Basic maintenance as needed to meet guest needs (unclog toilet, etc.)
- Cleaning meeting rooms after guests departure
Working Conditions and Physical Requirements:
Environment: indoors and outdoors
Work Hours: variety; Monday – Sunday; 7:00am – 11:00pm
Physical Requirements: Ability to sit, climb, balance, stoop or kneel. Can move objects up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move objects up to 60 pounds.
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
