Compensation: $100,000 - $125,000

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes

Review and maintain the accuracy of the general ledger and financial reporting

Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including inventory and cost accounting

Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis

Monitor key performance indicators and prepare management reports

Review account reconciliations and ensure compliance with internal controls

Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and reporting efficiencies

Supervise, mentor, and develop members of the accounting team

Partner with operations and leadership to support sound financial decision-making
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
-
5+ years of progressive accounting experience

Previous experience leading or supervising an accounting team

Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
