Personal Injury Medical Records Personnel
Our firm is seeking a medical records specialist to join our office near the Galleria. You must have at least THREE years of prior personal injury medical records gathering experience along with knowing how to handle a personal injury MVA case.
Medical Records Job Description:
Primary responsibility will be handling requesting and receiving medical records from hospitals, health insurances and clinics.
- utilizing Needles Case Management software
- request medical records in compliance with HIPAA
- review medical records once received
- request affidavits in accordance with medical records
- request records through different websites/fax/mail/email
- communicate with clients to confirm all records
Minimum Qualifications / Requirements:
- Minimum two years of RECENT personal injury experience.
- Bilingual is a PLUS but not required.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
