Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and coordinate complex infrastructure projects within the construction industry. Duties
- Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets using tools like Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office.
- Manage project teams, including subcontractors, engineers, and vendors, fostering effective communication and collaboration across all stakeholders.
- Develop detailed construction schedules and coordinate construction plans utilizing Civil 3D, Schematics, and other blueprint reading techniques.
- Oversee project cost management by preparing estimates with HeavyBid and managing budgets throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with all construction regulations, safety standards, and regulatory requirements while maintaining quality control standards.
- Review construction plans, contracts, and schematics to verify scope accuracy and facilitate seamless project execution.
- Track project progress through regular site visits, construction schedule coordination, and project status reports to ensure timely delivery of milestones.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing complex infrastructure or commercial construction projects with a strong background in construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, or similar platforms.
- Extensive knowledge of construction estimating, cost management, scheduling, and regulatory compliance within the construction industry.
- Demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively on construction sites while maintaining safety standards and quality assurance.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and construction plans; familiarity with Civil 3D is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of construction regulations, contracts management, and project documentation processes.
- Excellent time management skills coupled with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently under tight deadlines.
- Construction site experience is essential; prior roles involving heavy civil or infrastructure projects are preferred.
