Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences to our guests. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction through attentive service, knowledge of our menu offerings, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation. This position requires a passion for hospitality and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide unique and memorable experiences for each guest
- Provide detailed information about our food and beverage menu
- Take orders and payments using Toast handheld devices
- Upsell menu items to increase sales
- Proactively offer additional sauces, sides, condiments, and refills
- Ensure guests are dining efficiently within the 90-minute dining time
- Offer grill changes and next rounds
- Ensure guests have a great experience. Address any concerns promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all service areas
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines when handling food
Skills
- You must have similar fast-paced restaurant serving experience (only strong candidates will be considered)
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- You must be able to lift 30 lbs
- You must be quick on your feet and able to handle high-pressure situations.
- You must be proactive
- You must have a good attitude and good intentions
IMPORTANT NOTE: This is an extremely physically demanding position. It requires speed, strength, and efficiency, all while maintaining a charismatic attitude and interaction with guests.
