Are you a creative marketer who also enjoys connecting with people and closing sales? Our growing hair restoration and regenerative medicine practice is looking for an energetic, organized, and self-motivated Sales & Marketing Coordinator to become the face of our patient experience and the driving force behind our marketing efforts.
This is a dynamic role that combines patient communications, sales, social media marketing, and content creation. The ideal candidate is comfortable engaging with prospective patients, creating compelling content, and helping grow our practice.
Responsibilities
Patient Sales & Communications
- Respond promptly to new patient inquiries via phone, text, email, website chat, and social media.
- Build relationships with prospective patients and guide them through the consultation and treatment process.
- Schedule consultations and follow up with leads to maximize conversion.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM and track lead activity.
- Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after treatment.
Marketing & Social Media
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to generate new patient leads.
- Create engaging photo and video content for social media.
- Manage and grow our presence on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Write captions, stories, reels, and promotional content that educates and engages potential patients.
- Capture patient testimonials, before-and-after results, and behind-the-scenes content (with appropriate consent).
- Monitor social media messages and comments and respond professionally.
- Stay current with social media trends and implement new marketing ideas to increase engagement and brand awareness.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales, marketing, patient coordination, or customer service preferred.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable speaking with prospective patients and discussing cosmetic or aesthetic procedures.
- Experience creating content for social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Basic photography, video editing, or graphic design experience is a plus.
- Highly organized, dependable, and self-motivated.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
