About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Mold Maker to join our precision manufacturing team, where you will play a vital role in optimizing our plastic injection molding production. By maintaining, repairing, and refining complex tooling, you will directly influence our operational efficiency and help minimize equipment downtime.
Responsibilities-
Interpret complex technical blueprints and tool schematics to ensure precise mold assembly.

Execute the disassembly, deep cleaning, and repair of injection molds and specialized fixtures to maintain high-output standards.

Operate advanced tool room machinery, including Wire EDM, to fabricate and modify critical tooling components.

Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing innovative tooling solutions that enhance product quality.

Proactively manage mold maintenance schedules to maximize machine uptime and production throughput.

Maintain a high standard of shop floor organization and safety to support a high-performance manufacturing environment.
Qualifications-
Proven experience in plastic injection molding tooling and mold maintenance.

Proficiency in operating tool room equipment, specifically Wire EDM machines.

Strong ability to read and analyze technical drawings and engineering specifications.

Commitment to safety protocols and quality assurance standards.

Experience with hot runner systems and complex mold designs.

Background in CNC machining or manual milling operations.
