Peak Manufacturing is looking for a hands-on Accounting Specialist who enjoys owning the numbers, solving problems, and working closely with operations and leadership. This is a well-rounded accounting role—not an HR, payroll, or office administration position.
What You’ll Do
- Manage AP, AR, invoicing, collections, and vendor payments
- Support monthly close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Track job costs, margins, inventory, and cost variances
- Assist with purchasing, POs, and supplier records
- Monitor cash flow and support budgeting and forecasting
- Coordinate year-end accounting with our external CPA
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of accounting/bookkeeping experience
- Strong AP, AR, GL, and reconciliation skills
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Organized, accurate, dependable, and able to work independently
- Manufacturing, job-costing, or inventory experience is a plus

Pay: $51,491.68 - $62,011.49 per year
