Job Summary
1-800-Painters is looking for a organized, and driven Production Manager to help oversee our residential painting projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in the home improvement industry. We provide hands-on training and opportunities for advancement. This position is Monday-Friday from 8am to 5pm.
As our Production Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring every painting project runs smoothly from start to finish. You'll work closely with customers, painters, and the office team to deliver an exceptional experience.
Duties
- Schedule and coordinate residential painting projects.
- Manage painting crews and ensure projects stay on schedule.
- Perform job site visits and quality inspections.
- Communicate with homeowners throughout each project.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly.
- Order and manage materials for upcoming jobs.
- Keep accurate job records and production updates.
Skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

- Ability to solve problems and make decisions independently.
- Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and basic computer software.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Ability to comfortably visit active job sites.
Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
