Pay: $18–$21 per hour (based on experience & performance)
Schedule: Full-time (4-10's) + overtime during peak season
Location: 5 minutes from Food Lion in Seven Lakes.
We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented person to join our production team in an entry-level role. This position is hands-on and involves running our laser engraving machine, processing orders, packing products, and helping keep production moving smoothly.
If you enjoy working with your hands, staying busy, and taking pride in quality work, this could be a great fit.
Responsibilities
- Operate a laser engraving machine (training provided)
- Process and fulfill customer orders accurately
- Pack and ship products with care and attention to detail
- Use a computer daily (printing labels, managing orders, etc.)
- Lift and move boxes/packages regularly (must be physically capable)
- Maintain a clean, organized work area
- Assist with general production tasks as needed
Requirements
✅ Reliable and consistent — this is extremely important
✅ High attention to detail (small mistakes can ruin products)
✅ Comfortable using a computer and basic software
✅ Able to lift heavier boxes and stay on your feet during shifts
✅ Can follow instructions and work efficiently under time pressure

IMPORTANT: Peak Season Workload
Between Thanksgiving and Christmas, work is extremely demanding.
During this time, you must be available for:
- 6–7 days per week
- Lots of overtime
- A fast-paced environment where consistency and accuracy matter
After the Christmas rush, there is a large break.
This job is perfect for someone who wants to work hard during peak season and appreciates downtime afterward.
