LifeSpring Community (formally known as Church Home Rehab & Healthcare) is a 75 bed skilled nursing facility. Responsibilities:
- To provide each of our assigned residents’ with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the needs of the resident and the care plan.
- Assists patients to dining area for meals. May be required to assist in feeding of patients and documenting intake of nourishment.
- Turns patient intermittently if patient is bedridden due to illness.
- Recognizes and reports signs/symptoms of abuse and/or change in condition.
Requirements:
- Have a valid CNA certification
- Able to work rotating weekends
