As the Superintendent - Ground-Up Retail Construction, you will report into senior operations leadership and take full ownership of on-site execution across multiple projects. You will be responsible for driving schedule, safety, and quality on fast-paced builds.

Manage all on-site construction activities from mobilization to closeout

Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and site logistics across multiple locations

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget

Enforce safety standards and maintain compliance with all regulations

Track progress, manage schedules, and proactively resolve delays/issues

Conduct site meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders

Maintain quality control and ensure work meets project specifications
