R and B Property Management is looking for an additional full-time maintenance staff member to join our team. Experience, references, and reliable transportation are REQUIRED. Duties will include, but are not limited to, painting, carpentry, flooring, landscaping, weeding, mechanical, plumbing, and general apartment maintenance. Valid driver's license and background check required. May include after-hours work on occasion. Pay will vary based on Experience.
R and B is a commercial and residential property management company, with properties in Royal Oak, Pleasant Ridge & Madison Heights.
