The 1:1 school nurse RN/LPN role would be include the following responsibilities
- 1st grade Disability
- Category –Multiple Disabilities
- School- Elementary school
- Transportation Information AM: 8:15 AM PM: 3:31 PM
- Other Info Tube fed twice a day suctioned as needed chest pt as needed Incontinence care
- Please note student can be out a few days during the week due to this time of year. That is why the hours are listed as they are
Pay rate for LPN 50/hr
Pay rate for RN 60/hr
Qualifications
- Must be a licensed in the state of PA
- Must have all school creds good for 5 years
- Bi Lingual-is preferred
- Must have a joy in taking care of patients with varying diagnosis and age ranges
