We’re looking for a Wholesale Sales Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you’ll introduce our product line to retail shops across the country, coordinate sample requests, and help build new wholesale relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to retail shops and distributors to introduce our product line
- Coordinate and arrange sample shipments for interested accounts
- Track outreach activities, conversations, and follow-up tasks using CRM tools (training provided)
- Follow up with prospective accounts to answer questions and support onboarding
- Maintain professional and friendly communication to represent the company positively
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless experience for new wholesale partners
- Maintain accurate records of account activity and pipeline progress
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in customer service, sales, account coordination, or business development preferred
- Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with new contacts
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable with note-taking and record-keeping
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
- Wholesale or B2B experience is a plus but not required
- Experience using CRM systems is a plus
Compensation:
- Pay: $20–$25 per hour, depending on experience
- Performance-based bonus opportunities
- Full-time role
- Remote candidates welcome; preference given to candidates local to the Los Angeles area
- Training and product knowledge provided
