FlexTrades is seeking an experienced Header Machinist with hands-on experience setting up and operating Cold Headers/Cold Formers.

Responsibilities
- Set up and operate cold heading machinery, including National, Asahi, and Carlo Salvi equipment.
- Run 1–2 machines at a time.
- Perform tooling changes and machine adjustments.
- Manufacture high-volume precision components using multi-die, single-blow upset cold heading processes.
- Inspect parts using optical comparators, gauges, ring gauges, calipers, and micrometers.
- Troubleshoot production and quality issues.
- Follow all safety and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Direct experience operating Cold Header or Cold Forming machines.
- No setup experience required.
- Ability to use precision measuring instruments.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Pay and Benefits:
- Pay: $34/hour
- Guaranteed Overtime Each Week paid at time and a half
- Access to a full suite of benefits
- Travel Pay to and from the project
- Paid lodging (Single-Occupancy Hotel Room)
- Per diem ($45/day)
