Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated volleyball coaches for the upcoming 2026 summer camp season, as well as coaches for our travel teams for the 2026/2027 season. This exciting role offers the opportunity to inspire young athletes, foster teamwork, and develop their volleyball skills in a dynamic and supportive environment. Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging volleyball training sessions tailored to various skill levels for students aged 8-18
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and motivating environment that encourages teamwork, sportsmanship, and personal development
- Implement age-appropriate drills and game strategies to improve technical skills and tactical understanding
- Monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and motivate athletes to achieve their best
- Collaborate with club staff and parents to support athletes overall well-being and athletic success
- Assist in organizing team practices, matches, tournaments, and special events
- Promote health and safety protocols during all activities, including injury prevention and behavior management
Requirements.
- Having a background in volleyball as a volleyball coach preferred but willing to train the right people
- Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate diverse groups of young athletes
- Ability to manage behavior effectively while maintaining a positive environment
- Passion for youth development through sports combined with a proactive attitude toward safety and inclusivity
