TEL Systems is a leading audiovisual and unified communications services and technology firm providing innovative communication systems to corporate, healthcare, retail, government, and education customers. The account manager is responsible for generating profitable revenue/gross profit in support of their assigned quota and achieving high customer satisfaction from our clients. This position will maintain a close working relationship with the regional vice president, as well as their ‘team members’ (project manager, engineer, designer, and project foreman), while projecting a professional, knowledgeable, and credible representation of TEL Systems at all times.
Contribute to TEL Systems as a profitable, world-class, and customer intimate provider and integrator of audiovisual solutions
Achieve/exceed assigned revenue/gross profit quota
Prospecting and supporting embedded base clients
Execute sales through solution selling
Work collaboratively internally and with team members, partners, and manufacturers
maintain current industry certifications
The drive to remain current on technology and trends
Use of TEL Systems ERP system (repository for all client info and activity)
