THE ROLE
You’ll be an important part of keeping our office and patient experience running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:
- Answering phones and communicating with patients
- Scheduling and managing appointments
- Collecting and processing payments
- Directing patient flow throughout the office
- Managing the doctors’ treatment schedules
- Verifying insurance benefits
- Assisting patients with therapies
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Helping the team keep the day organized and on track
Healthcare experience is preferred, but we can teach you our systems.
What we can’t teach is attitude, work ethic, ownership, and the ability to genuinely care about people.
