Katadyn North America is a Manufacturing & Distribution Facility for outdoor products. It is a Team Oriented facility, and team members learn a wide variety of Food and Outdoor product lines. The Customer Service Agent position interfaces with customers through telephone and email in a friendly and helpful manner, such that the customer experience is positive and fulfilling. Daily activities include order entry, tracking, invoicing, returns, credits, generating RMA’s, providing customers with up to date lead times, and generally resolving customer issues. Assisting teammates whenever possible.

Job Responsibilities:
ü Enter sales orders in an accurate and timely fashion and provide order confirmations to customers for each order.
ü Process sales return orders in an accurate and timely fashion.
ü Process invoices on a daily basis as a back up to lead in Customer Service.
ü Enforce company policies procedures as they relate to shipping
ü times, deadlines, credit holds, etc.
ü Process and enter Return Merchandise Authorizations from end user customers and distributors.
ü Provide customers with production and shipping lead times when requested.
ü Provide customers with solutions to common issues, such as incorrect items shipped, shipping delays, tracking information, invoicing questions.
ü Provide basic technical support: identifying parts, suggesting further testing, specifying best shipping methods, and applying standard operating procedures to assist with customer needs.
ü Assist with purchasing when required, including entering purchase orders, requesting return authorizations, processing receivables, and enter purchase invoices.
ü Continuously seek methods of improving, and expediting job functions through software shortcuts, process streamlining, and interface management.
ü Perform other related duties as assigned.
Compensation
ü Pay Starting: $22.00-$24.00 per hour (depending on experience)
ü Pay Day: Paid Bi-Weekly
ü Occasional Overtime required as needed.

Job Requirements and Skills:

Experience:
- 2 - 3 years in a Customer Service role
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Understanding of the Accounts Receivable process
- Experience with distribution management with territorial agreements

- Must be able to pass Drug/Alcohol screening.
- Candidate will be subject to a Background Check.
Physical Requirements
- Required to stand, and walk, talk, hear, and see.
- Use hands, fingers to feel and operate objects and/or controls; reach with hands and arms.
- Regularly required to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch, carry, push, pull, reach, and lift 30+ pounds.
- Ability to handle moderate noise.
