Overview
A growing private equity firm organized Administrative Assistant to support senior leadership in a fast-paced, professional services environment. This role requires a polished, detail-oriented professional who can manage competing priorities, maintain confidentiality, and provide high-touch administrative support.
Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars and scheduling
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
- Prepare and process expense reports
- Handle phone coverage and route communications appropriately
- Support meeting planning, events, and office coordination
- Assist with general office support (supplies, catering, logistics)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2–3 years of administrative or executive support experience preferred
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organization, communication, and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
