Join Our Team as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
We are seeking compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will provide high-quality direct patient care while supporting clients' comfort, dignity, and well-being.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene.
- Assist with mobility, transfers, repositioning, and ambulation.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Observe and report changes in client condition, behavior, or needs to the appropriate supervisor.
- Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and hydration as needed.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for clients.
- Complete required documentation accurately and timely.
- Follow all safety, infection control, and confidentiality policies.
- Work collaboratively with caregivers, nurses, family members, and other healthcare professionals.
Qualifications
- Active CNA certification in the State of Arizona
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Compassionate, dependable, and professional demeanor.
- Ability to lift, transfer, and assist clients safely.
- Previous caregiving, home care, assisted living, or skilled nursing experience preferred but not required.
Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
