Job Overview
We are looking for a full-time (30-40 hours/week) Florida licensed hairstylist, that has a passion for what they do. The ideal job candidate should always be mindful of new trends and willing to learn. The candidate must also have a positive attitude, be customer service oriented and be willing to act and dress in a professional manor. Our services include, cuts, color, highlights, keratin, perms and facial waxing. Our clientele are men, women and children. We are open 6 days a week, Monday-Saturday and can offer a flexible schedule.
Must be available to work on Saturday and some evenings.
Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of hair services including cutting, styling, coloring, and texturizing to meet client needs.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene in accordance with industry regulations to ensure client safety.
- Provide personalized consultations on hairstyles, color theory applications, and grooming options to enhance client satisfaction.
- Assist with front desk duties such as greeting clients, managing appointments, and upselling retail products like hair care or nail care items.
- Mentor junior staff or apprentices by sharing expertise in barbering techniques like straight razor shaves or advanced hair styling.

Valid Florida Cosmetology or Barber License REQUIRED.
