Midas is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Northside Indianapolis location. If you have automotive service and repair experience, are a people-person, and want to control your income, we want to talk to you!
As an Assistant Manager, you must understand automotive service and repairs and explain the technical aspects in layman's terms. Understanding the importance of preventive maintenance and necessary repairs then selling those essential services is a must. The Assistant Manager also promotes Midas services and specials that set us apart from other retail automotive service businesses.
Additional Assistant Manager duties include answering customer calls, writing customer estimates, scheduling appointments, ordering parts, and supervision of the store staff in the absence of the Store Manager. Good computer skills and excellent phone etiquette are requirements for this position.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
