At First Primary Care, Nurse Practitioners/Physician Assistants have the time, autonomy, and support to practice medicine the way it was always intended.
You’ll care for patients through a direct primary care model: no billing codes, no insurance paperwork, and no rushed visits. Instead, you’ll build meaningful relationships and provide thoughtful, personalized care.
With a smaller patient panel, you’ll have more time to listen, identify concerns earlier, and guide patients toward lasting health through nutrition, movement, stress management, and better sleep.
You’ll communicate directly with patients by phone, text, and email, and collaborate with a team that prioritizes quality over volume. Our business team focuses on growing membership, so you can focus on patient care — and still maintain balance outside of work.
