Position Overview
Our client is seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager / Enterprise Transformation Lead to oversee a large-scale organizational integration initiative resulting from a significant corporate merger. This individual will be responsible for coordinating multiple concurrent workstreams, including enterprise application consolidation, infrastructure modernization, operational integration, and technology transformation efforts.
The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record leading complex, enterprise-wide integration programs involving multiple business units, large stakeholder groups, and mission-critical technology platforms. This role requires a strategic leader who can operate at both the executive and execution levels, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technology delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage enterprise integration programs associated with a major merger and organizational transformation.
- Coordinate multiple cross-functional workstreams, including:
- Business application rationalization and consolidation
- Infrastructure integration and modernization
- Network and systems migration initiatives
- Data integration and migration activities
- Security, compliance, and risk management efforts
- Operational process alignment
- Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans, timelines, budgets, dependencies, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Establish governance structures and executive reporting mechanisms.
- Partner with executive leadership, business stakeholders, PMOs, infrastructure teams, application owners, vendors, and third-party consultants.
- Drive decision-making and issue resolution across competing priorities and stakeholder groups.
- Monitor program health through KPIs, milestones, and executive dashboards.
- Ensure successful execution of integration activities while minimizing business disruption.
- Lead steering committee meetings and provide regular status updates to senior leadership.
- Identify opportunities for operational efficiencies and technology optimization throughout the integration process.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years managing complex merger, acquisition, integration, or enterprise transformation programs.
- Experience overseeing multiple simultaneous technology workstreams with budgets exceeding several million dollars.
- Strong background in:
- Enterprise application integration
- Infrastructure transformation
- Data migration programs
- Organizational change management
- Vendor and stakeholder management
- Demonstrated ability to influence executive leadership and drive alignment across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Expertise in program governance, risk management, budgeting, and strategic planning.
- Experience managing large teams in highly regulated and complex environments.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and leadership skills.

Pay: $70.00 - $75.00 per hour
