We’re a high-energy endurance event company hosting everything from scenic trail runs and 5Ks to half-marathons, triathlons, and team-building events. As our Assistant Race Director, you’ll help make these events unforgettable — from behind-the-scenes planning to the big race day finish line moments.

- Part-time: Work just two weekends a month (Fri–Sun) and earn $600 per race weekend.
- Full-time: Take on more events and responsibilities for $700 per race weekend. While still working Fri-Sun.

What You’ll Do
- Mark and measure race courses using Garmin and mapping tools
- Lead and train volunteer crews
- Run packet pickup operations
- Celebrate winners and hand out awards
- Create a fun, upbeat atmosphere with music and announcements
