Compensation:
$90,000 + Bonuses Based on Experience
Responsibilities:-
Recruit & Nurture Potential Agents and assist in onboarding them and acquainting them with our team and systems and processes.
- Lead and inspire a team of real estate agents to achieve and surpass sales targets, fostering a culture of excellence.

Develop and implement strategic sales plans that align with company goals and market trends, ensuring sustainable growth.

Conduct regular training sessions to enhance agents' skills, focusing on prospecting, negotiation, and closing techniques.

Oversee the recruitment and onboarding of new agents, ensuring they are equipped with the tools and knowledge to succeed.
