- Required: Degree in engineering or related field.

Bonus: Advanced degree in engineering or related field.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong expertise in Excel.

Must have engineering or manufacturing/support experience, or combination of both, along with a relevant educational background.

Experience with manufacturing Bills of Material and Configuration Management; ability to read schematics and part drawings is a plus.

Experience in manufacturing and production processes including circuit card assembly and board level components a plus.

What you’ll do as the Engineer MTS:
-
Develop project plans for new process implementations, outlining the resources and schedule for the project
-
Conduct brainstorming sessions and cross-departmental meetings to ensure collaborating and cohesion
-
Map out training plans and schedules, design and develop training programs for processes
-
Conduct training needs assessment and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed

Manage customer approval processes

Update, Oversee and train others in the Configuration Management processes

Learn Customer CM process to enable effective BOM management between the buy/sell relationship

Facilitate Configuration Management audits
-
Review and approve all changes to the CMS infrastructure where applicable
-
Maintain positive and cooperative communications and collaboration with all levels of employees, customers, and sub-contractors
-
Lead meetings and communications on quality improvement efforts.

Support internal and external audit activities where needed
