Dining Room & Bar Service Leader
Position Overview:
Port Huron Golf Club is seeking a strong professional service to provide consistent leadership presence during dining service while supporting bar operations as needed.
This is not a traditional server or bartender role. This position functions as a service leader on the floor, guiding execution, supporting staff, and ensuring consistent, high-quality member experience.
We are looking for someone who takes ownership of the service environment, leads by example, and thrives in a structured, team-focused setting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide visible leadership presence during dinner service.
- Support and assist servers and bartenders during peak periods.
- Reinforce service standards and member engagement expectations.
- Assist with bar service and closing responsibilities as needed.
- Monitor flow of service and help maintain consistency across the dining room.
- Support training and development of staff through daily leadership.
- Maintain a professional and respectful service environment.

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35.0 – 40.0 per week
