Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages to customers. You will also handle cash transactions, provide excellent customer service, and ensure a pleasant dining experience for our guests. Capable of handling high volume and experience with craft cocktails a plus.
Duties:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company recipes and standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Upsell drinks and promote special offers
- Adhere to all food safety regulations
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Previous experience in bartending- 2 years minimum.
- Proficiency in using POS systems
- Strong knowledge of basic math for cash handling
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with food handling regulations
- Teamplayer
