Sales responsobilities include:
· Create customer relationships
· Prospecting leads
· Finding leads
· Follow up leads
· Close leads
· Make quotes and contingencies
· Meet home owners
· Meet insurance adjusters
· Perform inspections
· Handle retail/ and insurance clients
· Tarp/ cover minor damage during inspection
· Know services provided
· Know construction process
· Know how to bid holiday lights
· Know how to bid construction jobs
· Farm job sites
· Farm project neighborhoods
· Place yard signs
· Hold luncheons/ events
Our schedule is open 8am to 8pm, Monday though Saturday.
Schedule flexibility based off of performance.
Our office space includes fun activities such as archery, basket ball, pool, ping pong, darts, TV, and music, and more! We have a refrigerator stocked with snacks and drinks for employees. We enjoy team and company wide events and activities with our work hard and play hard environment.
Pay is based off of commissions. Draw Structure can be offered based off of performance. Bonuses and incentives for top performers.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
