Couch Group is a growing commercial general contractor focused on high-quality interior construction projects throughout Metro Atlanta. Our work includes restaurant, retail, office, medical, salon/spa, fitness, and specialty commercial interiors.
All projects are local to Metro Atlanta — no out-of-state travel required.
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager who can step in and lead projects with minimal ramp-up. The ideal candidate has direct experience managing commercial interior / tenant improvement projects and understands the pace, coordination, and client communication required to successfully deliver occupied-space and fast-track interiors work.
Candidates seeking large-scale ground-up or traveling construction opportunities are likely not the right fit.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead commercial interior construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Manage multiple fast-paced tenant improvement and interiors projects simultaneously
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and financial forecasting
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, architects, consultants, and clients throughout all project phases
- Manage permitting, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
- Lead subcontractor buyout, scope alignment, and contract administration
- Maintain proactive communication with clients and project stakeholders
- Identify and resolve project risks, scheduling conflicts, and budget impacts
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to company quality standards
- Support successful project closeout, punch list completion, and owner turnover
Pay: $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
