Position Overview
We are seeking a Licensed Therapist who is passionate about doing impactful clinical work and wants to grow within a supportive, team-oriented private practice.
This is an excellent opportunity for clinicians who want:

Compensation
- 15 clients/week: $50,000–$70,000/year
- 20–35 clients/week: $70,000–$100,000+

Responsibilities
- Provide individual therapy (option for couples/families if desired)
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Manage a caseload of 15–35 clients/week (flexible ramp-up)
- Collaborate with practice owner for support and case consultation
- Maintain ethical and professional standards of care
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for clinicians who:
- Are LPC, LCSW, or LMFT (or equivalent)
- Value depth over surface-level therapy
- Are self-aware, reflective, and open to feedback
- Want to grow long-term within a practice (not just a temporary role)
Bonus (Not Required but Preferred)
- Experience with couples therapy
- Prior private practice or outpatient experience
Schedule
- Flexible scheduling (evenings/weekends optional)
- Ability to build caseload at your own pace
