Lucent Bridge is expanding our team and seeking an Entry Level Manager who is organized, people-focused, and motivated to support day-to-day team operations. This role involves assisting with team coordination, customer support oversight, and maintaining a positive environment while working alongside a growing telecommunications campaign.
The Entry Level Manager will participate in hands-on training focused on communication, team guidance, and operational support. This position is ideal for someone looking to build professional experience in leadership, team development, and client relations within a fast-paced setting.
Role Requirements for an Entry Level Manager
- Support daily team activities and help maintain organized workflows across assigned territories.
- Assist with onboarding and ongoing guidance for team members to ensure consistent customer interactions.
- Monitor customer engagement activity and help identify areas where additional team support may be needed.
- Maintain accurate reporting, scheduling updates, and internal documentation using company systems.
- Help coordinate team meetings, daily planning discussions, and operational updates.
- Work alongside leadership to ensure customer interactions align with company standards and expectations.
- Provide support with resolving customer concerns and escalating issues when appropriate.
