Major Duties and Responsibilities: (Not a complete list)

Provides supportive services to nurse(s), RCC, Executive Director, and caregivers as needed/requested and performs duties as assigned.

Assist nurse with oversite of the insulin delegation schedule.
- Assist nurse with the monthly weights and vitals clinic as needed.
- Assists other med techs with medication administration and processing of paperwork and orders daily to ensure completion and quality.

Assist RCC’s with Medication Room audits as requested.
- Assist nurse and RCC’s to ensure all Incident reports are completed correctly and provide continued training on filling out incident reports to the med techs.
- Oversite of Cycle Fill from all pharmacies. Ensure cycle review is completed on time and faxed back to the pharmacy by the deadline, each month.

Provide support for other med techs when they are completing their cycle review.
- Oversees the organization and cleanliness of the medication room in addition to ensuring that all medications are placed in the proper location and stored correctly.

Regular and Predictable Attendance.

Minimum 1year of medication administration experience

Demonstrated ability to take basic vital signs

Proficiency in navigating electronic MAR systems

Excellent multi-tasking skills
