Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Part- time Outside Door to Door Appointment Schedulers to join our insurance team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling appointments efficiently, ensuring seamless communication between potential customers and insurance brokers. Your proactive approach will help optimize operations, improve customers experience, and support the overall success of our benefit services. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be the first point of contact for beneficiaries and to contribute directly to the smooth functioning of our insurance practice.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate appointment scheduling for brokers
- Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, or in person to schedule, reschedule, or cancel appointments while maintaining excellent phone etiquette and customer service standards.
- Review records for accuracy and completeness prior to appointments.
- Collaborate with staff to ensure proper documentation review and adherence to compliance
- Support verification processes by request forms and inquiries
- Provide exceptional service by addressing inquiries related to appointment availability, benefit opportunities, or scheduling in a professional manner.
- MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION
- Bilingual is a PLUS!
Skills
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and familiarity with office management software
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining professionalism and courtesy.
- Previous experience involving appointment scheduling, outside sales, or administrative support is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail when reviewing documentation.
