Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Staff Pharmacist to join our dynamic healthcare team. Duties
- Dispense prescription medications accurately while adhering to all state and federal pharmacy laws.
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine appropriate medication therapy and provide clinical recommendations
- Manage pharmacy inventory, ensuring proper storage, stock levels, and compliance with drug regulation policies
- Lead pharmacy teams by supervising technicians, training staff on pharmacy operations, and maintaining high standards of pharmaceutical practice.
- Provide immunizations and patient education on medication administration, side effects, and health management strategies.
- Utilize pharmacy software systems for accurate record-keeping.
- Ensure all pharmacy operations comply with healthcare regulations, including medical confidentiality policies and pharmacy information systems security
Skills
- Extensive experience in community pharmacy settings.
- The ability to manage pharmacy teams effectively while maintaining high standards of customer service and patient care
- Excellent communication skills for patient interaction and staff oversight.
- Knowledge of drug regulation laws at the state and federal levels.
- Basic life support (BLS)(CPR) certification; experience with immunizations administration.

Pay: $109,000.00 - $139,000.00 per year
