We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Dispatcher to coordinate and schedule service calls for our plumbing, heating and cooling, and electrical teams. The Dispatcher plays a critical role in ensuring efficient operations, timely service delivery, and a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Schedule and dispatch technicians for service, maintenance, and emergency calls

Communicate with customers to confirm appointments, provide updates, and address inquiries

Monitor technician routes and adjust schedules as needed to maximize efficiency

Prioritize service calls based on urgency and availability

Maintain accurate records of jobs, customer interactions, and technician status

Coordinate with field technicians to ensure they have necessary job details and materials

Handle incoming calls and service requests in a professional and timely manner

Assist in resolving scheduling conflicts or service issues
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required

Previous dispatching or customer service experience preferred (especially in home services)

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Proficiency with scheduling software and basic computer systems
