Position Summary
Lacuna Autism Services is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide clinical oversight and behavior analytic services to children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder and related developmental disabilities.
The BCBA is responsible for conducting assessments, developing and monitoring treatment plans, supervising behavior technicians, training caregivers, and collaborating with interdisciplinary team members to ensure high-quality clinical outcomes.
Essential Responsibilities
- Conduct behavioral assessments, including functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skills assessments.
- Develop, implement, and oversee individualized treatment plans based on client needs.
- Analyze clinical data and modify treatment programs as needed to ensure progress.
- Provide supervision and clinical direction to Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians in accordance with BACB requirements.
- Conduct caregiver training and provide ongoing support to families.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary providers, school teams, and community partners as appropriate.
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
- Ensure compliance with BACB ethical standards, payer requirements, and company policies.
- Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development activities.
- Support the development of clinical staff through coaching, feedback, and mentorship.
Qualifications
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing.
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Current state licensure or ability to obtain licensure, where applicable.
- Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally, if required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder.
- Experience supervising RBTs and Behavior Technicians.
- Experience providing caregiver training and interdisciplinary collaboration.
- Familiarity with electronic medical record and data collection systems.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to move throughout clinic, home, school, and community settings.
- Ability to occasionally kneel, bend, sit on the floor, and assist with client activities.
- Ability to respond quickly to support client safety when necessary.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds occasionally.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
