Responsibilities
- Skillfully cut, trim, and prepare various types of meat according to specified standards and customer preferences
- Wrap and package meat products securely
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all work areas, tools, and equipment in compliance with food safety regulations
- Follow all food handling procedures to ensure product freshness and safety throughout the process
- Adhere to safety protocols when using knives and other cutting tools to prevent accidents or injuries
Requirements
- Previous experience in food production, food preparation, or a related kitchen environment is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Experience with packaging meat products for retail or wholesale purposes
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks efficiently
- Familiarity with the food industry, culinary practices, or restaurant experience is a plus
Must be able to lift heavy boxes and withstand cold temperatures.
Note: Sanitation duties may be required as part of the packing process, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene standards are met.
Must be able to read and write in English.
Knowledge of Spanish Language is a plus!
Experience is not necessary, we are willing to train.

Must be able to take direction from management. The room you will work in is refrigerated, so you must be ok with cold temperatures and dress accordingly.
Hours are 6am-3pm(3:30 possible) Monday Through Friday
