Controller
Salary: $130,000 – $150,000 + 10% Bonus

- Manage and develop a team (AR, AP, and Staff Accountant)
- Own budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes
- Drive automation and process improvements across finance operations
- Partner with leadership to support business decision-making
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 10+ years of accounting experience with 5+ years in leadership
- Experience in industries with tangible assets (inventory and fixed assets required)
- Experience with SAP or large ERP systems preferred
