Senior Fulfillment Operations Specialist
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day fulfillment center operations, including inbound receiving, outbound shipping, order processing, and inventory control.
- Process inventory transactions using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), including lot-level inventory movements and adjustments.
- Coordinate Amazon FBA shipments and customer-specific fulfillment requirements.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, shipping delays, chargebacks, and other operational issues.
- Process B2B inventory reservations and inventory registration requests.
- Monitor operational KPIs, prepare reports, and lead process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with warehouse partners, transportation providers, customers, and Korea headquarters to ensure smooth fulfillment operations.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in fulfillment, warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain operations.
- Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Strong understanding of inventory management and fulfillment workflows.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and operational coordination skills.
- Business proficiency in both English and Korean.
- Experience with WMS, OMS, CRM, e-commerce fulfillment, or coordinating between Korea- and U.S.-based teams is preferred.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
