Twin City Staffing is hiring a forklift operator for 1st and 2nd shift positions at a well-established company in Bloomington, MN. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys fast-paced warehouse work, accuracy in order fulfillment, and being part of a dependable shipping team.
Location: Bloomington, MN
Pay: 1st shift: $22/hr. | 2nd shift: $23/hr.
Schedule:
- 1st shift: Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- 2nd shift: Monday – Friday | 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Duties of the forklift operator:
- Pull, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
- Grade and weigh materials accurately
- Load and unload trucks and secure loads properly
- Complete required shipping and inventory documentation
Qualifications of the forklift operator:
- High school diploma or GED
- 3+ years of recent experience operating a sit-down propane forklift
- Proven background in forklift operation and data entry
- Basic computer skills for tracking and data entry
- Ability to lift, stand, walk, push, pull, squat, kneel, and bend throughout the shift
