- Active Texas SLP licensure required
- School-based SLP experience strongly preferred
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) candidates encouraged to apply
- Must meet all time-sensitive credentialing requirements, including fingerprinting via TEA
- Confidence and adaptability working with diverse student populations
- Skilled in the evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of various speech, language, and communication disorders in children
Primary responsibilities:
- Deliver therapy and assessments to a caseload of approximately 60-65 K-12 students
- Craft individualized treatment plans in collaboration with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Track student progress, maintain thorough documentation, and contribute to IEP meetings
- Support students’ academic and social development through evidence-based interventions
- Communicate effectively with parents, teachers, and administrators
- Participate in ongoing professional development and school-based initiatives
